About Us:
Revolution: A Turning Point Youth Event, is a joint venture between the Manhattan Church of Christ, Stamford Church of Christ, and Shiloh. This partnership began in 2004 with the very first Revolution event held in Rock Hill, New York over the Columbus Day weekend.
From that point, Revolution has grown into an event that reaches over 120 participants and includes more than 7 different churches. The partnership between Manhattan, Stamford, and Shiloh has allowed for this time of growth and development with their generous support of Revolution. We have also been blessed by the tremendous support from The Bronx Fellowship of Christ. They have been with us from the begining and represent akey role that a group can play in supporting Revolution with participants and financial resources.
In the beginning of 2007 the directors sought to expand Revolution's reach and impact. To accomplish this Revolution has grown from being a single weekend event once a year to three events over the course of the year.
It is our belief that teenagers need environments that encourage them to take a defining step, or turn a corner on paths that lead them closer to God, their families, and each other. RevolutionŐs sole purpose is to create and environment where that turning point can take place.
